ORDER CANCELATION POLICY
SangRang, we trust that our customers satisfaction is must for us. Hence, we have a cancellation policy.
Before Dispatch of your product If unfortunately, by any reason you want to cancel an order, kindly call us on +91 8949783399, with immediate effect. If your product is already dispatched and shipped your order can not be cancelled.
Please note the customized order and discounted order cannot be cancelled in any condition, apart from defective product. In case of defective product please provide video of parcel opening.
Please note that, if you are choosing Cash on Delivery (COD). Cancellation would not be accepted. If you still do so then you will get 80 % of your payment what you have paid to us, in any case.
